Sierra Padilla Huitt, Senior Account Manager

Sierra’s journey to Stoltz started with her first job selling movie tickets at the Nampa Regal theater. After enduring several popcorn burns, she realized she was destined for film production—but behind the camera. Sierra went on to earn a degree from the University of Portland, cut her teeth at creative agencies Funnelbox + Sockeye, then traded the rainy Pacific Northwest for sunny Los Angeles.

Sierra mastered the art of juggling 17 tasks at once as a production coordinator and radio producer. In LA, she learned to handle pressure while driving like a pro, delivering camera gear all over the city—a pretty dangerous job, in our humble opinion. She went on to work in business development for Becine (another badass woman-owned business) where she managed clients like Showtime and Snapchat.

Craving a return to her Idaho roots, Sierra left LA to become a community engagement manager with the Downtown Boise Association. There, she built partnerships to help cultivate Boise’s vibrant music and art scene. Lucky for us, this role led her to cross paths with Stoltz. And even luckier for us, she joined our team in April 2024.

Sierra’s knack to anticipate, ideate, collaborate, and create—while being obsessed with the tiniest details—makes her a superb account manager. She’s a natural leader, guiding brands towards creative solutions that are both strategic and effective. Our client partners adore her sense of humor and responsiveness. We adore everything about her.

In her free time, Sierra co-directs Filmfort, volunteers with kids, and hunts down the best places to boogie in Boise. She has a hidden talent for chopping onions, can name more cheese varieties than is probably healthy, and has a cat named Hilda.

See? We knew you’d adore her, too.
