Lukas Robertson, Creative Producer

Flash back to kindergarten. A young Lukas Robertson stares at his assignment and is frozen from stress. But it’s not math or science that’s stumping him. It’s a seemingly simple question: “What do you want to be when you grow up?”

Lukas considers himself a curious person, and an eclectic mix of interests and experiences strongly support the description. Over the course of his career, he’s developed a wide set of skills. At a Macy’s store, he built up an impeccable sense of style and a keen eye for trends. At a dry cleaning business, he established a close attention to detail and expertise in customer service. And during a decade teaching IT and military protocol at Hewlett Packard, he learned the discipline it takes to create impactful deliverables.

But when Lukas started creating infographics and other visuals in his role at HP, everything clicked. He was captivated by the ability to tell stories through thoughtful design, so he decided to head back to school to hone his craft — earning a degree in graphic design from Boise State University.

Lukas is more than a talented designer, however. He’s a poet, a photographer, a coffee lover, a vinyl collector, and one hell of a sharp dresser. With his eye for the little things and ability to tackle any challenge head-on, he’s a perfect fit as our creative producer.

He also loves all things outdoors: hiking, biking, backpacking, and paddleboarding. If you see him out taking photos during a stroll on the Greenbelt, say hey! Lukas is one of the kindest people you’ll meet. Plus, there’s a good chance it’ll lead to an intriguing conversation.

So, while 5-year-old Lukas may not have known what his future career path might look like, we’re sure glad it led him to Stoltz.
