Pop quiz, how does a person who has shared Chapstick with Bradley Cooper and helped Dennis Quaid find his lost wallet land at a marketing agency in Boise? It’s a good question, but once you get to know Katherine’s career path, it all makes sense, and you can see how perfect she is for Stoltz and her clients.

Graduating from the University of Idaho, Katherine started her career at a PR agency in Denver, which she gives credit for teaching her the ins-and-outs of public relations, calling it her “PR Bootcamp.” From there, she landed at an agency whose clientele included major movie studios like Warner Bros, overseeing PR and promotions in five western states (hence her time with Bradley and Dennis).

With a firm PR foundation, Katherine made the transition to a broader marketing role with a jump into the non-profit world, starting with two years at the Women’s and Children’s Alliance, which led to 5.5 years at the Treasure Valley Family YMCA. When she realized that she could blend her PR and marketing skill set and work with a broad range of clients, she jumped at the chance to join us — and we couldn’t be happier.

When she isn’t working, Katherine keeps herself busy with activities most Idahoans love: biking, hiking, rafting, fishing, boating. But it doesn’t stop there, she also sings, plays piano and the bass guitar.  We hear she rocks a mean Psycho Killer by Talking Heads, but we’re still waiting to see that performance.
