Fueled by an endless joy for ideas and stories, Lexy’s career has taken her to boutique agencies and in-house teams. But every stop had one thing in common: people. She’s endlessly fascinated by what makes them tick, click, and occasionally nerd out over an exacting layout. After helping brands big and small find their heartbeat, she’s brought her sixth sense for understanding humans (and hex codes) to Stoltz.
For Lexy, design isn’t just about making things look good — it’s about making them feel right. If there’s a way to make something both functional and full of heart, she’ll find it. For her, design isn’t just decoration — it’s problem-solving with a sense of play.
When Lexy isn’t solving design problems, she’s usually chasing curiosities. That might mean hand-making furniture in her tiny apartment, biking the Greenbelt, digging through vintage shops, baking gluten-free desserts, or disappearing into a hammock with a good book.
She and her husband Drew bonded over Star Wars on their first date, and while she doesn’t currently have a cat, she insists “cat person” is a permanent identity.
