Account and creative. Different departments, different ways at approaching the same project. Put them together and you get the best work we do.

Meet a few of our favorite partners in crime – the Stoltz account and creative pairings behind some of our client work.

Senior Account Manager, Molly Horn + Associate Creative Director, Chris Watts

Whether it’s going on an impromptu trip to the Idaho Forest Products Commission (IFPC) Opinion Leaders Forest Tour or scheduling a late night working sesh, Molly and Chris have made the most of every opportunity to get to know the Idaho Department of Lands (IDL). Although they are just getting started with our new client, this pair has already developed an in-depth discovery report that provides IDL a clear foundation for telling the story of Idaho’s endowment lands.

Molly brought the strategic perspective, keeping the work grounded in what IDL needs. Chris brought the insightful lens converting what they learned into a point of view with clear direction.

Senior Director of Accounts, Bond Hilliard + Art Director, Lexy Hawley

What do you get when a tenacious account lead with a strong brand vision and a curious art director who brings empathy into every design decision pair up? Purposeful work that instantly connects to the people it’s meant for, of course.

Bond and Lexy teamed up to develop messaging materials for Laureus USA, giving them a toolkit that lets Laureus USA tell its mission with confidence regardless if the target audience is a donor, brand partner, or community leader.

Digital Marketing Manager, Griffen Shinn + Media Director, Seth Mariscal

Last year’s LAUNCH results set a high bar for this year’s campaign. Griffen and Seth were the right pair to meet it. Griffen’s close read of the numbers and Seth’s eye for the larger picture make for a balanced partnership.

What stands out about this duo is how they build on each other’s thinking. They ask good questions and challenge assumptions in a constructive manner, but are always willing to explore a better approach once they learn more. Their collaborative efforts help keep the work strong and the team confident in the final direction.

Marketing Coordinator, Selina Ceballos + Art Director, Clara Thamke

Some partnerships just naturally have rhythm. This duo’s work style is reminiscent of the salsa — intricate, perfectly in step, and seemingly effortless until you pay attention to how much footwork is happening on the floor.

These two have teamed up to deliver strategic work for our 2026 Creators for Change partner, CATCH. They started with a discovery process that included interviewing board members and staff to dig deeper into how the people at CATCH talk about the organization. The insights gathered from these interviews ultimately influenced a messaging and brand guide that provided CATCH with a clear and confident way to explain their work to any audience.

Selina kept the pace going with clear communication and attention to detail while Clara kept the ideas visually consistent, with efficient, critical thinking that makes everything she touches better. Together, they lead without ever stepping on each other’s toes.

We will be sitting down with more of our partners in crime in the upcoming months to hear what makes their collaboration work. Stay tuned.
