Molly Horn, Senior Account Manager

“The Chameleon” is a working nickname for Molly. Type A, extroverted, and a classic overachiever, she morphs into the marketing strategist, brand positioner, or detail-obsessed executor that projects demand. No matter the message or the medium, Molly gets curious. She gains clarity. She makes it colorful. Even when promoting roller dogs at her first agency account for a gas station.

An Air Force kid who called Sandpoint, Las Vegas, Sacramento, Spokane, and Colorado Springs home before landing in Boise as a young adult, Molly learned early that shape-shifting adaptation is both a survival skill and a superpower. Making her a real-life wonder.

But when you dig deep, her core perspective is rock solid. Blame following writer / activist Florence Given, The Artist’s Way, soul-searching sabbaticals, and the beat of her own heart, but her internal value system is deep and grounded (fitting right in at Stoltz). She practices what she preaches — especially for mission-driven orgs. Plus she has a 5 am morning routine that would make Andrew Huberman sweat.

Catch her outside skiing / snowboarding in the winter and hiking with her golden retriever, Bogus, in the summer. Or repeating “I can’t believe this is my job” under her breath in the office on the daily.
