What’s next for creative at Stoltz
There’s a new energy at Stoltz. You can feel it — in the ideas, the work, and the way we show up. It’s not loud or flashy, but it’s real. And it’s building.
This spring, I stepped into the role of Executive Creative Director. New title, not new to the team. I’ve been at Stoltz for almost seven years, learning, making, and doing the kind of work that reminds me why I got into this industry.
So I wanted to say hey. And share a bit about where we’re headed.
No sweeping proclamations here. We’re not trying to shatter the earth or break every ceiling in sight. (Not yet, anyway.) But we’re serious about making awesome work, having a helluvalotta fun doing it, and making a real impact along the way. Let’s break that down.
Helluvalotta Fun
I’ve loved this work since middle school, when a few friends and I created a campaign for a made-up cereal called Pancake Crunch. (It was a hit — at least in our hallway.) Since then, I’ve worn a lot of hats — sometimes a baseball cap, sometimes a newsboy, IYKYK — and worked with some of the most creative, kind, and collaborative people around.
Here’s what I know: the best ideas come when you’re having fun. Not every campaign is a comedy, but the process should be full of curiosity, laughter, and mutual respect. We’re in the business of making people feel something, and people like to feel good. Let’s lean into that.
Powerful Impact
We’re not just here to sell. We’re here to make work that matters — to our clients, their audiences, and our community. That means being intentional: how we cast, how we write, what we elevate, and what we leave behind.
We have a responsibility to reflect the world as it is — and as it could be. That shows up in the work, in how we treat each other, and in how we use our platform.
Awesome Work
Fun and impact matter. But the work still has to work. Whether it’s a campaign that makes you say, “Damn, I wish I thought of that,” or a digital experience that just feels right, we’re here to raise the bar, and drive success for our clients. Every brief, brainstorm, and final file should move us toward work we’re proud to share.
The foundation is here. The momentum is real.
And we’re just getting started.
