Embrace the Escape is a campaign encouraging Tamarack Resort’s audience to shred when tickets are cheapest, lift lines are empty, and runs are wide open — right in the middle of the work week. By inspiring working professionals to ditch the ol’ 9–5, we increased visitation and ticket sales across the resort.


While weekend ski visits were booming at Tamarack, Idaho’s premier all-season resort, midweek visits lagged by 62%. This presented an opportunity to bolster midweek visits and promote the resort’s offerings more effectively.


Our campaign took a creative and targeted approach. We showcased professionals escaping the confines of their 9–5 routines to embrace adventure at Tamarack Resort. Leveraging trends such as remote work, bleisure travel, and flexible schedules, we positioned Tamarack Resort as the ideal destination for a getaway. Our strategy reached our audience on professional platforms and social media channels. By highlighting the allure of fresh turns over emails and encouraging much-needed “powder time off” (PTO), we engaged our audience where they spent their time, both physically and digitally.


Despite facing a poor snow year, the results of our campaign were overwhelmingly positive. Season pass revenue surged by approximately $253k, marking an 11% increase compared to the previous sales cycle. Additionally, vacation rental revenue soared by over $450k. Meta ads delivered exceptional results, boasting a conversion value of $952k and capturing over 80 million trackable impressions.
