Creators for Change (formerly called 100 Hours) is Stoltz’ nonprofit partnership initiative. We know there are so many organizations making an impact in communities across our state — but we also know that sharing your story can be challenging with lean nonprofit budgets.

Stoltz is here to help. Every year, we partner with one nonprofit and dedicate heart-driven creative services that align best with the organization’s needs, lift their brand story, and support their mission. Starting in 2024, we’re deepening our commitment to our nonprofit partners with an approximate $25,000 in-kind donation of our team’s passion and talent.

Throughout the partnership, we focus on three key goals:

  1. Reaching success through open, honest collaboration.
  2. Providing strategic, specific marketing solutions that best help organizations have an even stronger impact.
  3. Ensuring the work is sustainable and can be utilized and managed by the organization well into the future.

Criteria

In order to be selected for Creators for Change, an organization must:

1. Be an Idaho-based 501(c)(3).

2. Have a designated point of contact or team that can actively participate throughout the duration of the work.

3. Provide services that connect with Stoltz’ core values of DEI, family/children support, workforce development, and/or support of women and girls.

Process

At Stoltz, we keep it fair and democratic. Following a review of the submission forms, our entire team weighs in on the organizations they feel most passionate about working with. We bring in 2–3 finalists for in-person or virtual presentations during the month of March, and then our team votes again. We announce our selected nonprofit partner by April 1 and work alongside them for 6 months.

Throughout our 6 months together, we’ll dig in to make the most of our collaboration. That includes an orientation kick-off to uncover your organization’s primary marketing needs and determine key performance indicators (KPIs), with 10% of the hours dedicated to creating a robust strategy. Once work is underway, we would love to offer an Instagram takeover during Idaho Gives and Giving Tuesday, volunteer support from our team at events, and other ways we can assist you and your team.

When the work is complete, we provide a full presentation to your board so they understand the value of what we have collectively worked so hard on. Finally, we offer a post-project check-in at 6 months to ensure you and your team are doing well with the tools provided.

We know you’ve got plenty of world-changing work to do, so we’ve kept the application short and sweet.
