Creators for Change is our program for nonprofits and other organizations that are doing the work to meaningfully support communities across Idaho. Stoltz knows that marketing dollars are scarce (at best) for nonprofits and community impact organizations, so it can be challenging to reach the very people who need their programs and services most. That’s where we come in!
Every year, we partner with one organization to amplify their brand story and deepen impact. With a dedicated team of whole-hearted humans who bring passion for design and messaging, we will partner with your organization to determine the best use of 150 hours of marketing services (an approximate $25,000 value).
Be an Idaho-based 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4).
Have a designated point of contact or team that can actively participate throughout the duration of the partnership.
Provide services that connect with Stoltz’ core values of family/children support, workforce development, and/or support of women and girls.
In the Spring of each year, we typically open a brief, relatively painless application process. The deadline to apply this year is March 18th. Following a review of the submissions, our entire team weighs in on the organizations they feel most passionate about working with. We bring in 2–3 finalists for in-person and/or virtual presentations during April, then our team votes once more. We announce our selected community impact partner by the end of April or early May and work alongside them for six months.
Throughout our partnership, Stoltz digs in to make the most of our collaboration. That includes an orientation kick-off to uncover your primary marketing needs and determine key performance indicators (KPIs). With 10% of the project hours dedicated to creating a robust strategy, the remaining work will focus on tactical efforts. Once work is underway, we would love to offer an Instagram takeover during Idaho Gives and Giving Tuesday, volunteer support from our team at events, and other ways we can assist you and your team.
When the work is complete, we provide a full presentation to your board so they understand the value of what we have collectively worked so hard to achieve. Finally, we offer a 6-month post-project check-in to ensure you and your team are doing well with the tools provided.
We know you’ve got plenty of world-changing work to do, so we’ve kept the application short and sweet.
While Stoltz is committed to the process and timeline outlined above, we will continue to collaborate to ensure they align with Stoltz’ overall client priorities and team capacity. As client needs and bandwidth evolve, we may need to adjust along the way – Stoltz will always communicate proactively if that occurs.
