We’re Stoltz Marketing Group, a globally recognized agency in Boise, Idaho. Stoltz offers a rare combination of data, insight, and emotional intelligence to create impactful work for hardworking brands. We’re also one of less than 1% of U.S. agencies that are woman-owned — but that’s just one of many reasons we stand out. Our work speaks for itself: we create future-proof brands and bold campaigns that don’t miss.
It’s that time again, and we’re looking for a Summer Creative Intern who’s ready to learn fast, contribute meaningfully, and get real-world agency experience alongside a team that cares deeply about the work — and each other.
As a Creative Intern at Stoltz, you’ll be integrated into real client projects from day one. You’ll collaborate with designers, writers, strategists, media buyers, and account teams to bring creative ideas to life across a wide range of industries and platforms. You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship from industry professionals, and the opportunity to grow your portfolio where ideas are always welcome — and egos never are. This internship is designed for students and emerging creatives across disciplines, including design, copywriting, video, and more.
What you’ll do:
Work collaboratively with the creative, media, and account teams on real client projects
Participate in creative productions and client meetings.
Contribute to internal initiatives like our Creators for Change nonprofit program.
Network with and be mentored by industry professionals.
Who you are & what you’ll bring:
A recent college graduate or senior pursuing a creative degree; graphic design, copywriting, video/motion, etc.
A strong portfolio.
Excellent communication, organization skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google G-Suite.
Proactive, creative problem-solving and a deep passion for the craft.
Professional behavior among colleagues and clients.
This might NOT be a good fit if:
You prefer rigid job structures over wearing multiple hats.
Collaboration and feedback aren’t your thing.
You need heavy oversight instead of taking initiative.
Managing multiple projects or shifting priorities feels overwhelming.

This Matters Most Our talent lies in our skills, capabilities, and, as importantly, in both our cognitive and overall diversity. The only “archetype” you’ll find at Stoltz is a caring and creative employee. Otherwise, no two Stoltz team members are the same: we represent a wide range of professional experiences as well as a wide range of lived experiences. We are a team of driven folks with diverse identities of various ages, abilities, gender expressions, sexual orientations, and class backgrounds — and we celebrate and find strength in our “differences.” Stoltz’ depth of understanding in the DE&I space, and our commitment to equity in the workplace, help us bring a modern and inclusive perspective to our client work.
Ready to bring your creativity to Stoltz? Let’s talk. Finalists will be contacted for a video interview by Friday, March 13.
