Batu Olana, Marketing Coordinator

Batu has always been fascinated by how marketing and design — from strategy to color and storytelling — come together to connect people with products and services that make life better. She lives by her personal motto, stay curious, which led her to study Marketing and Digital Media at The College of Idaho. Along the way, she picked up minors in Scientific Computing and Communications—because, for Batu, one perspective is never enough.

In college, she put her skills to work tackling branding, social media, and strategy challenges for local businesses and on-campus programs in admissions and athletics. No matter the challenge, Batu’s approach is the same: sit in the problem first, break it down, and craft a solution that truly sticks.

At Stoltz, she brings that same mix of thoughtfulness and drive to every project and every client. She’s the kind of person who makes sure everyone has a seat at the table and a voice in the conversation. Outside the office, Batu is a friend to many, celebrated for her originality. She finds inspiration in pop culture and social trends, whether through film, music (she’s a true fan of Tyler, the Creator), or podcasts like Trevor Noah’s What Now? Fun fact: She has three birthdays–ask her about them. When asked what she’d be doing if she hadn’t chosen marketing, she’ll tell you she would have been an architect — turns out she loves structure and creativity, no matter the form.

Lucky for us, she’s here, bringing her passion and talents to our team and clients.
