Stoltz hires director of business development

Leadership team adds new role to further business growth

Stoltz Marketing Group (Stoltz), a full-service marketing agency, recruited an executive leader to oversee and spearhead business development.

Tracy Hitchcock will serve as director of business development, managing key accounts, nurturing business opportunities and expanding the agency’s business strategy and vision.

Hitchcock was previously CEO of Boise-based nonprofit Create Common Good, and spent 17 years of her career in various leadership roles at Simplot, notably as director of customer marketing in foodservice and director of global innovation in McDonald’s global business.

Stoltz President Jaime Ekman said Hitchcock’s wealth of experience in marketing, team building, business development and leadership will contribute to the agency’s growth plan in the coming years.

“We are thrilled to have someone of Tracy’s caliber join Stoltz,” Ekman said. “Her breadth of experience in both business development and client-side marketing will add tremendous value for our current and future client base.”

Hitchcock said joining Stoltz will be an opportunity to continue to serve the Treasure Valley in a dynamic role.

“I am thrilled to be joining Stoltz; a woman-owned, purposeful, and results-driven agency with a fantastic culture,” Hitchcock said. “I can’t wait to utilize my varied background in business, strategy and relationship building to help ensure the agency and its clients reach new levels of connection and success.”
