Because Simplot’s frozen avocado products sell at relatively low volume, brokers often fail to pay attention to them. In response, SMG designed an online game that encouraged brokers to present and sell the product to foodservice operators. In just six weeks, the online game resulted in more than 1500 new customers and 26 distributor placements.
