A large master-planned community in Meridian, ID, Paramount started 2007 with more than 90 unsold homes in inventory. Working closely with the developer, Brighton Corp., SMG created a campaign that included improving the community’s aesthetic appeal, recreating its online presence and driving traffic with outdoor advertising. Within a year, Paramount’s inventory dropped to 10 homes and quickly became the best selling planned community in the Boise area. In 2009, Paramount sold 51 new homes and 19 resales, far surpassing its competition in one of the worst real estate markets on record.
